Carers support group run by The Dementia Experience. A wonderful charity setup to provide joyful events that generate connection and understanding for those who have family members living with dementia

 

 

HUG IN A MUG coffee mornings

They host free monthly Coffee Mornings  for relatives and caregivers of individuals living with dementia.

These gatherings provide a supportive space for family members to connect, share experiences, and offer mutual encouragement.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet others in similar situations, relax, and engage in meaningful conversations ​in a warm and welcoming environment.

 

Where and When?

The Trough, Charity Farm, Swattenden lane, Cranbrook.  TN17 3PS  First Thursday of each month, 10 – 11.30am,  No sessions in August 2025.

You do not have to book a place, just come along whenever you can.

The Dementia Experience also run lots of other events, including Information sharing sessions, classical concerts, fun tea time, classical and Phoenix choir.
